Frequently asked questions about PCR tests for travel and negative certificates
What does the cost include?
We will provide a series of services in Japanese as much as possible, such as consultation on PCR tests, arrangement, taking samples, provision of negative certificate, an advice when result becomes positive, and provision of recovery certificate for the consulate.
Depending on the timing of the PCR test and the place where the sample is collected, the pathology collector may collect the sample.
When an unexpected problem occurs, because we are working closely with the testing institutes, we are in a good position to solve the issue.

We also support testing and issuing negative certificates in other states. Please be aware that we are not in control of the transit time of specimens and the degree of congestion at the laboratory at that time.
